Feeling There's MORE?  Your Curiosity is the Map to Your Next Level.

Do you remember the last time something left you speechless, feeling that odd mix of being so small, yet holding immense possibility right in front of you? That sense of awe that connects us to something much bigger.

Just a few days ago, that feeling enveloped me again when I visited the Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles. What a mind-blowing place! There, I hallucinated contemplating a little piece of the Moon, I touched meteorites, and standing before the imposing "Big Picture" –a giant representation of the universe stretching from our neighboring planets to unimaginably distant galaxies– I reflected once more on the cosmos' vastness. It's like seeing a living painting that literally places you in your tiny spot within this colossal cosmic dance.

Right there, I came across a sculpture of Albert Einstein. I saw him sitting, thoughtful, with that calmness that invites deep introspection (yes, maybe this happens to me, since I love to philosophize, hahaha). Anyway, I immediately associated that sculpture with curiosity, thinking that breaks new ground, and the infinite power of ideas that drive us to grow…

I thought of a quote attributed to Einstein that resonates deeply with me, as it reminds me of something fundamental to life and my work as a coach:

"The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existence." – Albert Einstein

And in that moment, while observing the sculpture, I thought about how incredibly easy it is to lose that spark of curiosity that drives us. Why does it fade? Ugh, often it's from accumulated exhaustion, from the routine that lulls us, or sometimes from fear of the unknown. Other times, it's from that limiting belief that "we should already know everything (by now)" or "it's too late to start something new, to reinvent ourselves."

What if your next big idea or your true path lies in a question you haven't even asked yet?

As a Life Coach, I joyfully witness how people change (even though many think "by now, I can't change anymore").  But you know what? I've realized that change doesn't always happen under pressure or force. True transformation, true breakthroughs, also happen when people are curious. It's when that inner spark ignites, and they dare to look beyond the obvious, to explore what they don't know. That's where the action, the magic, happen!.

Are you seeking clarity in your career, looking to transform your relationships, or do you want to discover your purpose (and yes, even if the term is "overused" or has a "bad reputation" for some, I assure you it's valuable; and it has nothing to do with becoming a saint)?

The first step is curiosity.

It's when you ask yourself with total sincerity (as only you can):

  • Is this what I truly want for my life, for my career?

  • What other possibilities exist for me that I haven't yet considered, that I haven't explored?

  • What would happen if I gave myself permission to go beyond my own limits and discover what lies on the other side of fear?

Your personal universe: Is it expanding or on pause?

The universe, as majestically represented at the Griffith Observatory, never stops growing. It's always expanding, always evolving.

And you, what are you doing with your own personal universe? Are you allowing yourself to expand, learn, grow, or are you staying in a comfortable, but now-too-small place?

I'd love to read your reflections in the comments!

If you feel that little flicker of restlessness, that intuition that there's something bigger waiting for you, something profound to discover, don't ignore it. That's your curiosity calling you to action.

Thanks to the magic of technology, via Zoom, I can accompany you on your journey no matter where you are in the universe. In English or Spanish, I'm here to be your guide, to help you formulate those key questions, to find your own answers, and to take action.
