Being a Coach isn’t a title. It’s a commitment.

150+ hours coaching. Many stories. And one deep truth: being a coach is my calling.
Exactly two months ago, and after ten months of an incredible journey, I received a new certification (actually, two) from the Health Coach Institute: Health & Life Coach. But what's really made the difference isn't the new "papers".
What transformed me are the 150+ hours of real conversations with real people who dared to change their lives.
What I've learned as a "new" coach
Yes, I’m a “new” coach — and I’m deeply proud of it.
My greatest superpower on this journey? Beginner’s mindset.
It keeps me present.
It keeps me curious.
It allows me to grow with every client.
I don’t pretend to have all the answers. That was an old version of me — the one who thought confidence came from pretending.
Today I know I have something far more valuable:
The humility to recognize that every client is also my teacher.
The integrity to coach from authenticity, not performance.
Real stories of transformation
To each person who has trusted me — thank you. You’ve shown me that coaching isn’t about giving advice. It’s about asking the right questions to open doors that once felt closed.
Here are some of the transformations I’ve had the honor to witness:
✅ The engineer who left a steady paycheck to launch his dream business.
✅ The woman who finally set boundaries after years of saying yes to everything.
✅ The executive who discovered that vulnerability is not weakness.
✅ The entrepreneur who stopped chasing external validation and found his inner voice.
✅ The father who reconnected with his teenage son after years of silence.
✅ The high-achieving woman who allowed herself to be loved.
✅ The young business owner who learned to ask for help — and charge his worth.
✅ The manager who found his “why” and stopped operating on autopilot.
✅ The mom who rediscovered joy beyond motherhood.
✅ The executive who embraced a new job opportunity with courage.
✅ The high performer who learned that pausing is not failing — it’s wisdom.
✅ The teenager who found her worth not in external approval but within.
What coaching means to Me
The fulfillment I feel doesn’t come from a title. It comes from the genuine connections I’ve built and the inner journeys I’ve had the privilege to navigate alongside my clients.
Every conversation is a mirror that reflects, a door that opens, a possibility that expands.
Being a coach, to me, is not about leading the way— it’s about walking beside you. It’s about listening with presence, celebrating each small big win, holding space without judgment, and offering new perspectives. It’s about asking without imposing, empowering without directing. It’s about being in service of your process—with respect, curiosity, and an open heart.
What about You?
When was the last time you allowed yourself to be a beginner at something? What area of your life is ready for a bold shift? If you're thinking about taking a step toward change, or if you’ve already started and feel stuck, I invite you to connect!
